Karen Banzhoff, Executive Assistant - Email
Karen is the Executive Assistant to the President of MFG and is also the Office Manager.
In addition to managing the compliance department, she is in charge of quarterly reporting
for the firm's clients. Karen works with various companies following up on all transfers in
progress and new accounts and applications through MFG. She also manages all of MFG's third
party organizational relationships. Karen spent 2 decades as an Executive Assistant for a Top 10
corporation. Karen is a dedicated professional who truly enjoys working with our firm's clients
and getting to know them on a more personal level.
Billie Coursey, Director of Communication - Email
Billie implements MFG's ongoing marketing and communication strategies. She is responsible
for advertising campaigns, as well as coordinating client appreciation events and educational
seminars for prospective clients. Billie spent several years as the marketing and business
coordinator for one of the largest structural component manufacturers on the East Coast.
She is very enthusiastic, and is always looking for efficient, effective ways to communicate
information about MFG's unique array of services to both existing and potential clients.
Carole P. Murray, Accounting Manager - Email
Carole oversees all internal bookkeeping, payroll and risk management issues for the firm and
its employees. She has been with the firm since it was founded in 1994.
