But behind the microphone is a seasoned financial advisor with a deeper mission: helping people steward their resources with clarity, conviction, and confidence. Chris Murray

Founder

Chris Murray is a veteran financial professional who is focused on helping clients achieve their ideal financial future.


Chris got his start in the industry in 1989, and, after working for other financial companies, he decided to follow his drive to help others. In 1995, he founded Murray Financial Group, a firm dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome the challenges of creating a steady financial foundation. He loves working hand-in-hand with his clients to understand their financial goals and help them build a clear path to achieving them.


He was recognized nine times as best financial planner by Frederick Magazine and hosts the popular radio show “Your Financial Editor.” Chris also provides live business updates Monday through Friday at 6:50 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. on 930 WFMD.


In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends.
